Logging in to your Account:

1. To avoid the greatest ammount of confusion, you should type this address into your address bar, or click on it as a link: https://home.cards.citidirect.com/CommercialCard/Cards.html This page is the "citimanager" login page that is used for all Citibank commercial card accounts, including government travel card accounts. If you see yourself needing to visit this site on a regular basis, just bookmark the page and you can save a lot of time.
2. Once here, go ahead and type your username in the first box under the part that says "registered users." 
3. Next, as you may have guessed, you need to type in your password into the next box. Be sure to carefully enter it in, or you will have to start over.
4. You can either press enter right away after you have entered the necessary information into both boxes, or move your mouse pointer to the button that says "login." It is small and grey, but it shouldn't take you long to find it. If everything worked well, you should be logged into your account. If you had trouble with your password, which is a common problem, see the next section for help.


Resetting your Account Password:

1. Citibank is pretty forgiving to those who forget part of their login information. There are two links right there on the login page, one for resetting a forgotten username, and another for resetting a forgotten password. Hopefully, you are able to remember your username and just need help with your password.
2. What you need to do is stay on the login page, and click on the link that says "forgot password."
3. Click the little bubble next to "cardholder" in most situations. Of course, if your position matches the "non-cardholder applicant" section, click on that instead. This second option only applies to those who are not the cardholders, but are managers of the travel card account.
4. When this is done, move down to the username field and type it in.
5. Next you need to enter in the account number in the next box down.
6. The furthest left orange button says "continue." Press this button or just press "enter" on your keyboard when you are done entering in the username and account number values. The site will show you some instructions on how to reset your password afterward, just follow those instructions and you should be on your way to logging into your account again.
